(hereinafter referred to as “Aonong Bio”) announced that it planned to build a food processing project in Shandong Zhanhua Economic Development Zone to slaughter 1 million pigs annually, and cooperate withYongxin County, Ji’an City, Jiangxi Province, launched an integrated project of 500,000 pigs, with a total investment of 1.5 billion yuan in 2 projects.Since October 2019, Aonong Biological intends to build an integrated project of 500,000 pigs in Binzhou City, Shandong Province, and has successively carried out preliminary work such as feed factories, boar stations, and sow farms.On April 14, 2020, Aonong Biology and Zhanhua Chengbei Industrial Park Management Service Center signed an investment agreement to build a slaughtering and food processing project supporting the above project, with an investment of about 500 million yuan.According to the agreement, the new construction includes 10,000 sow farms, slaughter workshops, food processing workshops, comprehensive buildings and dormitories, etc. It is expected that the annual processing capacity of 1 million pigs will be slaughtered.When Aonong Biology’s subsidiary reaches the target of 500,000 commercial pigs per year in Binzhou area, the project will be started by Aonong’s designated subsidiary and put into operation within 1 year after the start of construction.In addition to Shandong, Aonong Biological has an integrated project of 500,000 live pigs in Jiangxi.On April 14, Aonong Biological disclosed that it has recently signed an investment framework agreement with the Yongxin County People ‘s Government, and plans to invest 1 billion to develop an integrated project of 500,000 pigs.
